How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Wearstreaming Pest Control wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Wearstreaming Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If Your Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service.
Here is the usual order of steps for a problem with work in your home:
1. Raise it with the provider directly. 2. Keep a written record of what you said and what they replied. 3. Then tell us what happened.
We still want to hear from you. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Wearstreaming Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Wisconsin.
How to File
Email contact@wearstreaming.property. Please include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
First, we will confirm that we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
